When you place an order or contact us, we collect the information you provide: first and last name, residential or business street address, ZIP code, telephone number, email address, tank location notes, gallons ordered, delivery preference, and selected payment method. For card and Zelle payments, payment details are collected by phone during the confirmation call and are not stored on the Site.

We also automatically collect limited technical information when you visit the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type, referring URL, and pages viewed. This information is used for security, fraud prevention, and basic analytics.

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, deliver, and invoice your heating oil order;
• Send you order confirmations, scheduling updates, and delivery receipts;
• Respond to questions, support requests, and complaints;
• Comply with applicable tax and recordkeeping obligations;
• Detect and prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
• Send you a future reorder reminder or seasonal communication, if you have purchased from us before.
